Shipping and Digital Delivery Policy

Pixora Web sells digital and professional services. We do not ship physical goods unless a written quotation expressly states otherwise.
Delivery method
Updates and deliverables may be supplied by email, WhatsApp, project workspace, cloud storage, staging website, live website or the relevant customer account. Customers must provide accurate contact details and maintain access to the agreed channel.
Delivery time
The estimate is shown on the product page, proposal, confirmation or statement of work. Work begins after cleared payment and receipt of required content, access, instructions and approvals. Customer delays, additional requests, third-party reviews or events outside reasonable control may extend the schedule; material changes will be communicated.
Fees
Standard digital delivery has no physical shipping fee. Domains, hosting, licences, paid apps, advertising or other third-party costs are disclosed before charging.
Failed delivery
If an expected update or deliverable is missing, contact us with your order number and we will verify the destination and re-send or restore access where reasonably possible.
