Terms of Service

These Terms govern pixoraweb.com and purchases from Pixora Web. By ordering, you agree to these Terms and the applicable product description, proposal or statement of work.

Scope

Scope, deliverables, milestones, revisions, price and schedule are those shown on the product page, checkout, invoice or written agreement. Work outside scope may require a new quote.

Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, timely feedback, lawful content, approvals and required access. You confirm you hold rights to materials supplied. Delays may extend delivery.

Orders and payment

Prices, currency, taxes and disclosed third-party charges appear before confirmation. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we issue confirmation or start work. We may cancel for fraud, error, unlawful content or technical impossibility and refund unearned amounts.

Revisions and acceptance

Revisions are limited to scope. Report material scope or quality issues within 7 calendar days. New requirements may be quoted separately.

Intellectual property

You own materials you provide. Unless agreed otherwise, final custom deliverables transfer after full payment. We retain pre-existing tools, methods, templates, know-how and reusable components and license their use within the deliverable. Third-party assets remain under their licences.

Third parties

Shopify, hosting, domains, payments, advertising platforms and apps operate under their own terms and availability. We reasonably assist with issues within scope but do not control those services.

Liability

We perform services with reasonable care and skill but do not guarantee rankings, ad approval, sales or revenue. To the extent permitted by law, indirect loss is excluded and aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service, except where liability cannot legally be limited.

Law and contact
