Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Pixora Web provides customized digital and professional services. No physical goods are shipped under these services.

Cancellation before work starts

You may request cancellation within 7 calendar days of purchase. If work has not started and no non-recoverable third-party cost has been incurred, we will issue a full refund.

Cancellation after work starts

Once discovery, planning, design, development, setup, consultation, access configuration or other work has started, any refund is limited to the unperformed portion. Completed work, approved milestones and delivered digital files cannot be returned. We will provide a reasonable breakdown of completed work when assessing the refundable amount.

Quality or scope issues

If a delivered service is materially defective or does not match the agreed written scope, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will first correct or re-perform the affected work within a reasonable time. If we cannot remedy it, we may issue an appropriate partial or full refund for the affected portion.

Non-refundable costs

Domain registrations, hosting, paid apps, software licences, advertising spend, platform fees, stock assets and other third-party costs already purchased or committed are non-refundable unless the provider refunds them to us. Change-of-mind requests do not cover completed milestones or custom deliverables already supplied.

Send your order number, project name and reason by email, call +966539579795, or use WhatsApp. We normally review complete requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days; payment providers may require additional time.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable Saudi law.
