Description and price
The selected service, package, price, currency, tax, deliverables, estimate and any recurring charge are displayed before purchase or in the quotation.
Contract and payment
Your checkout or signed quotation is an offer. The contract forms when we confirm the order or begin work. Payment is due as shown at checkout or on the invoice. Work may pause while payment is overdue.
Delivery and acceptance
Services are delivered electronically under the Digital Delivery Policy. Report material defects or departures from scope within 7 calendar days so we can investigate and correct them.
Cancellation
Our Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy explains timing, completed-work deductions and third-party costs. Mandatory Saudi consumer rights remain unaffected.
Recurring services
A service auto-renews only when the product page, checkout or written agreement clearly states the billing interval. Cancellation before the next billing date stops future billing. A service period already started is not normally prorated except where required by law or stated in the plan.
